• Package Levels: Your package includes the services described at the point of sale based on the 3, 6, or 9 month option selected.

• Service Scheduling: Combining two services on the same day is allowed only at the provider’s discretion.

• Upgrades: Changes to your package or additional services must be pre-approved and confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply.

• Duration: All sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

• Commitment: Your progress depends on your active participation and follow-through.

• Self-Management: You are responsible for implementing the plans and advice offered.

• Accurate Information: You must provide full and honest information relevant to your wellbeing and goals.

• Program Validity: All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.

• Advance Payment: Full payment must be made before the program begins to qualify for package pricing.

• Late Payment: Services may be withheld if payment is not received on time.

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or pandemics.
