Cancellation Policy

RIGHT TO CANCEL ​Client’s Right: The Client has the right to cancel no less than 24 hours before their booked session. If more than 24 hours notice is given, the client can receive a full refund or reschedule to a mutually agreed date by both parties. Notice must be sent more than 24 hours before to be entitled to a refund by either email, text or phone call. Service Provider’s Right: The Service Provider has the right to cancel the appointment if payment is not received before the scheduled appointment.
