MY JOURNEY
About Me
My name is Surinder, a mother of two beautiful girls. I led a hectic life managing a family business and diving into various projects, keeping constantly busy as a distraction from acknowledging my inner chaos. I would engage in tasks and activities that allowed me to avoid confronting the extent of my unhappiness.
In 2021, I made a significant decision to end my 18-year marriage. Within a year, I relocated, moved into a new house, and finalized my divorce, feeling like a ‘broken doll’, I tried to hold it together for my children. It was hard letting go of relationships that no longer aligned with me; however, I embraced the lessons each person brought into my life and I am truly grateful for my growth. I received counselling to help me find my inner strength, but I still felt I wasn't able to heal in the way I needed - something was missing!
In January 2022, I experienced a powerful awakening: I recognized that I deserved happiness and that it all started with self-love. This revelation ignited a spiritual rebirth within me. Embarking on a healing journey that involved self-care practices and exploring the concept of “Self Love.” I discovered energy healing at a Psychic Fayre, and I was surprised by the powerful energy I felt through my body at the time. I embarked on weekly sessions, helping me unlock emotional and mental traumas within me. Combined with Acupuncture, Emotion and Body Coding and Self-love mentoring, I started healing my past challenges. Becoming a Reiki Practitioner at levels 1 and 2, I discovered my empathic nature and learnt to trust my intuition, I set boundaries for everyone in my life and only accepted equal give and take and this led me to appreciate life in the present moment!
My journey from an inactive lifestyle to winning a trophy in a bodybuilding competition within 2 years was transformative, but it didn’t define me. It marked the beginning of my consciousness to my true potential and the importance of self-love. Beyond physical transformation, I've delved into nurturing my inner self. Now, as a certified gym-based exercises coach with a focus on holistic wellness, I'm passionate about guiding others on their own transformative journey. At 'The Power Within 333,' I offer personalized packages tailored to your unique needs and goals for your mind, body and soul.
In November 2023, I published a romance novel titled "Life After Marriage." Writing this book allowed my creativity to flow and served as a healing process for me. Although it is a work of fiction, it conveys powerful messages of personal empowerment, self-love, and growth. My book is available for purchase on Amazon.
My life has undergone a remarkable transformation as I pursued my passions and dreams, I firmly believe in the potential within me to achieve anything with a resilient mindset and unwavering dedication that I now have.
I immersed myself in exploring spiritual practices and addressing my ‘Shadow Self,’ I actively engaged in self-awareness to break patterns. Guided by my ‘Higher Self,’ I found Vortex Healing®️, which led me to become a certified practitioner. Now, my purpose is to inspire and help others “awaken” to their inner power. VortexHealing® is designed to release ingrained conditioning on all levels, facilitating a return to emotional equilibrium and revitalized energy. However, achieving profound healing requires a journey back to completeness and heightened awareness. My speciality lies in Genetics, exploring its potential to profoundly influence both an individual's healing journey and their ancestral lineage. I am genuinely excited about the prospect of assisting clients in ‘unlocking The Power Within!’

My vision is for the collective to begin healing from past traumas and circumstances that have left negative imprints on our lives from childhood, teenage years, and adulthood. Ignoring these issues won't make them disappear; they will accumulate and impact daily life and relationships. This journey is not easy, and healing is lifelong, but finding your inner power to address these challenges is life-changing. By embracing this transformational journey and prioritizing self-love, authenticity, and breaking free from societal conditioning, you can reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate inner peace and happiness, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
